For anonymous email contact, see below. Confidentiality: Only an NMB Ombudsman has access to the information on the NMB Online Ombudsman Portal. The NMB Ombudsman Charter specifies the following regarding the confidential nature of information shared with an Ombudsman. "An NMB Ombudsman will not disclose and is not required to disclose any information provided in confidence by any party to a concern or complaint, except to address an imminent risk of serious harm. Records pertaining to a concern or complaint are confidential and not subject to disclosure outside the Ombudsman office. Communication with the Ombudsman will be considered "communication with neutrals" under the definitions of the Administrative Dispute Resolution Act of 1996 (ADR Act), which specifically prohibits disclosure of the substance of "dispute resolution communications." Unless you choose to provide contact information in your email to an NMB ombudsman, your comments or questions will be anonymous when using the link below. To be anonymous, NMB employees cannot use NMB’s email system to send email messages or access the following email link from within the confines of NMB offices or internal computer network.
